I am a professional naturopathic healer working from my own Holistic Therapy Centre in Repton, in the UK. I write for local magazines and my e-book Yoga for Vibrant Living is combines holistic health information with user-friendly yoga.
I have recently published Curing Irritable Bowel Syndrome as a downloadable e-book. This book gives hope to all IBS sufferers who have been told by their physician that there is no cure for this disease. As a recovered IBS sufferer I know that this is not true.
I am an Acupuncturist, Kinesiologist, counsellor and Christian Spiritual Healer and I have had amazing success in treating 'modern' conditions such as food intolerances, irritable bowel syndrome, insomnia, depression, headaches and migraine, sinusitis and much more. Many of my articles take an holistic view of "modern diseases" for those who want to avoid drugs and prefer to harness the body's own natural healing abilities.
I realised that the mind has a lot to do with staying healthy, and that this aspect also needs to be addressed. In order to do that I qualified as a Counsellor and now offer this service to my clients. To know more about my services, please contact me on yogachris@gmail.com.
I am also a professional yoga and pilates teacher working at fitness centres in my locality. I have included in my articles some simple but very effective ways of keeping fit and staying relaxed about life.
